Indoor Aquatic Center closes early for training
(Lawrence, Kan.) – Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Indoor Aquatic Center, 4706 Overland Drive, will close 3 p.m. Friday, May 25, to provide for all-staff training.
The training allows for all staff to get policies and procedures, as well as additional safety protocols prior to the opening of the Outdoor Aquatic Center for the summer season.
The Indoor Aquatic Center will return to normal operating hours on Saturday, May 26, opening at 9 a.m. for lap swimming.
