Open house set for residents to learn more about summer construction projects
(Lawrence, Kan.) - This year is a busy construction year for our city. In an effort to prepare residents and commuters with as much advanced notice as possible, the Public Works Department will hold an open house on Wednesday, February 13 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at City Hall to discuss projects and expected detours, delays and project details. The public can stop in and discuss projects with the engineering staff and review maps of project areas.
