Parks and Recreation morning recreation classes canceled
(Lawrence, Kan.) –Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department morning recreation instruction classes have been canceled.
This includes all fitness classes. However, all aquatic classes that regularly meet after 8 a.m. will be held as scheduled. The classes that are being canceled, including aquatic programs that meet before 8 a.m., will be made up at a later time. Information regarding make–ups will be provide to participants affected at a later date.
Recreation centers will open at their regular schedule. However, the Indoor Aquatic Center, 4706 Overland Drive, will open at 8 a.m., cancelling the early morning lap swim normally held at 5:15-7:45 a.m.
