Crews plowing in neighborhoods now
(Lawrence, Kan.) - City of Lawrence street maintenance crews are now plowing in neighborhoods. Crews changed shifts at noon and were able to start plowing in neighborhoods around the shift change. They will continue plowing operations the remainder of the day and overnight in neighborhoods.
Lawrence received five-inches of snow, compared to the 10-inches received last week. There is a possibility of more snow accumulation this evening.
