Water main break affects customers in northwest Lawrence
(Lawrence, Kan.) - Seventeen customers are without water at the moment due to a water main leak located in the 500 block of Monterrey Way. Customers affected have been notified and will be without water during the estimated repair time of 6 hours. Crews are on-site and will work to repair the leak today.
A detour has been set to accomodate the repair. From west 6th Street turning north on to Monterrey Way, traffic will be detoured Overland Drive then Sierra Drive then Trail Road eventually accessing Monterrey Way.
